Hi, I'm Angelina! I have always had a passion for health and wellness and am currently pursuing a certification as a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. I want to help others achieve their wellness goals, which is why I created my monthly Wellness Guides. I believe that everything is about balance and that wellness isn't just about eating your veggies and going to the gym - it is something that encompasses every aspect of our lives from what we eat to who we surround ourselves with to our spiritual practices and morning routines.
